This book features a collection of your favorite photos taken throughout the year, arranged in any order you choose.
- Design spreads (2 facing pages) one at a time
- For simple, clean pages use 2 – 3 large photos
- For a more full look, create collages using 4 or more photos

Approximate time: 2 – 3 hours
Creating a monthly journal is a great way to summarize your year.
- Use 1 or 2 spreads (2 facing pages) per month
- Add photos one month at a time, design the pages, then hide used photos and discard any not used. Move on to the next month
Tip: For a dramatic impact, spread a photo across 2 pages. Select Lay-Flat Pages to really highlight the effect

- Select topics reflective of your year. Our favorites include: vacations, family events, birthdays, milestones, everyday life, school, sports and hobbies
- Create a table of contents to use as a guide or as an introduction to your book
- Add captions to accentuate the story that your photos tell and to remember all of the little events that happened during the year
Tip: Create a unique page by using a photo as the background. Add complementary photos as an overlay
Tip: Use these recommended font sizes: 16 – 20 pt for headlines, 10 – 12 pt for body copy and 8 – 9 pt for photo captions
