This post is part of the Picaboo Book Awards. For the next seven days, we’ll share a book each day submitted by our customers. The author of each book will win a prize. On October 23rd, we’ll randomly pick one person to win the camera and one person to win a cruise from CruiseDeals.com. If you have any questions about this contest, please read the contest FAQs.

Have I mentioned how much I love book covers? A great cover can pull you in–instantly–and usually, it doesn’t let you down. This is such a sweet shot, it makes you wish you were friends with Aimee and Nho.
Lovely! So Lovely! I love wedding signage. It’s a great opportunity for a couple to showcase their personal style. And their chalk-inspired sign on the second page grabs your attention.
The book continues on in an elegant fashion with a simple black background that allows us to focus on the elements of the day. And of course, the lovely bride. This consistent grid was a smart design choice, walking us through the entire event, moment by moment.
I love the moments of reflection captured in black and white. This easy touch turns a lovely photo into a dramatic photograph. And you can turn all of your photos into black and white or sepia tone in Picaboo. (You can also remove red eyes, too!)
The colors here are just gorgeous. Judith did a nice job pairing images that cohesively worked from a color perspective. Rich greens, soft whites and layered photos without frames make the images float in and out as though you’re right there in the thick of it.
Transitioning from dramatic shots, Judith layers photos to create a book that changes pace and keep our attention. The photo book ends with a lovely shot of the couple holding a sign that says, “Thank you.” And while this is a beautiful ending, I wished the book was longer. (That’s the sign of a really good photo book.) In case you were wondering, this wedding was held in New Zealand!
Here’s what Judith had to say about her wedding book. “I made this book as a memory of my daughter’s wedding, which was held in our garden. I just started my second photo book! I love Picaboo because it gives me a chance to be artistic and it’s easy to produce an album that’s special to me and my family.
Our runner-up in the wedding category goes to Caroline who created this lovely journal-style wedding photo book. I love how her book shares all the lovely traditions. With amazing colors and photographs, this lovely book is a feast for the eyes. From the first page, with the couple standing in front of the royal temple to the last, this book delights. Check out this lovely book. And Caroline, for being a runner-up, we will send you a $10 Picaboo Gift Card. Check your inbox!
