My husband and I met in high school and we instantly had an overwhelming chemistry between the two of us. We were friends for a long time before we dated, but once we became a couple, nothing could break us apart. We married in 1999 and welcomed our beautiful son into our lives in February of 2001. Now, he is approaching his 7th birthday and I look back and think, "Where did the time go?" I've been trying to come up with the perfect gift for him for his birthday.

I started a sports scrapbook for him a couple of years ago and each sports season I update it with team and action pictures. He loves this book so much and always gets it out when we have family and friends over. So, I thought, what better gift to give him than his very own scrapbook of his Kindergarten year,(he is now in 1st grade). I thought he would love a detailed book of his entire first year of school. From his first day of school, to the school's annual carnival, to his first performance, to his first field trip. He will always be able to remember his first trip to the LA Zoo and his very first train ride. He will also be able to remember his balancing elephant act and his 6th birthday. I am very much looking forward to his birthday to see his face when he opens his present full of wonderful memories!
