A "Scrapbooking Portfolio" is the perfect way to share your creations and passion for scrapbooking with others. With Picaboo
it's easy to create a professional portfolio to share with friends, colleagues, and potential business partners. Once you
have finished your portfolio, you can link to it on your website, share it online via email, or order professionally bound
copies to share in person. If you are attending a trade show, you may even want to order a few medium sized copies of your
portfolio to give away to potential clients.
Start your portfolio with a picture of yourself and some information about your scrapbooking experience. You may wish to list
experiences you have had as a freelance artist for digital and traditional scrapbooking, as an industry consultant, as an
industry writer, or as a scrapbooking trainer.
Before you start creating your book, make a list of your favorite projects that you would like to include. Organize them according
to style of scrapbooking, theme, or date created. When you have finished your list, gather together your projects and scan
any hand-scrapped pages so that they will be easy to add to your Picaboo Portfolio. Visit the other pages of this website
for detailed instructions about adding your hand-scrapped 8.5x11" and square pages.
As you create your Portfolio, in Picaboo you may choose to use some Picaboo layouts, some hand-scrapped pages, and some digitally
scrapped pages to perfect your album.

Scan your published work
Scan articles or examples of your work that have been published and add them to a layout in Picaboo to quickly add them to
your portfolio.
Include a caption with the source your work appeared in as well as the date it was published.

Include a personal description
Along with your published work, add a description of your work. You may want to talk about what you enjoyed
about the project, what was difficult about it, or what you learned from it. Select a Picaboo layout with a small photo well
so that you can add a small version of your page or project. Make sure your page layout also has a good-sized text box so
that you will have plenty of room for journaling.
