Guest books provide a wonderful way to record who has attended special events. For your next party, use Picaboo to create a personalized guest book that will entertain both you and your guests for years to come. Custom guest books work particularly well for weddings, anniversary parties, graduations, birthday parties, and housewarming parties.

Start by collecting special photos that you will use to illustrate your book. For anniversary parties, birthdays, and graduations, try collecting photos from the entire life of the person or span of the relationship of the couple that will be celebrated.

After you have assembled your photos, add them to a new book in Picaboo. Use page layouts with large text boxes to give your guests room to sign their names or write a special message. Select lightly colored backgrounds that will allow their writing to show up clearly.

When you are finished, be sure to order a copy of your guest book at least two weeks before the big event using ground shipping. This will ensure that your special guest book arrives in time. Learn more about shipping deadlines or contact our customer support department if you have a question about the delivery of your album.

When it comes time for the party, display your guest book in an area where guests are likely to see it when arriving at the party. Provide several thin Sharpie markers which are the best to use when signing a Picaboo album. You may also want to provide a note to remind guests to allow their message to dry before touching or turning the pages of the guest book since the ink will smear if it is not allowed to dry first.
