Keep the spirit of your family reunion alive by transforming your photos into a custom "Reunion Memories" book. Add a favorite
reunion memory from each member of your family to complete your book.
Getting Started
- Compile your photos from the reunion and ask the other members of your family to send you copies of any photos they took at the event. Be careful not to use photos that were posted to a photo sharing website
because the digital quality will be reduced and will look blurry in print. Instead, ask them to send you a CD of the high
resolution version of their pictures.
- Call or email each family member who attended the reunion and ask them to share with you their favorite memory from the event.
- Add your favorite photos of the reunion to a specific folder so that they will be easy to locate and later add to your reunion book. Compile
the memories your relatives have shared with you into a Word document so that you can later copy and paste them into your
book.
Creating Your "Reunion Memories" Book
- Create a new book in Picaboo and add your reunion photos.
- Devote a section at the beginning of the book to photos of the entire group as well as each separate family.
- Fill the rest of your book with photos of the various activities your family participated in at the reunion.
- Among these photos, use text boxes to intersperse the reunion memories that your family members have shared with you.
- Complete your reunion book with custom backgrounds and fun corners.
- Share a digital copy for free with everyone who attended the event and order a professionally bound version to read again and again.
Each family member will appreciate reading through everyone's favorite memories that you have compiled in your Reunion Book
and it is the perfect gift for hard to please relatives.
