If your children are older, a fun way to get everyone involved in your family's father's day gift is to have each child create a piece of father's day artwork and write a letter to dad. Then, combine these creations into a custom professionally printed photo book that your dad can read again and again.

Begin your Letters and Art for Dad book by asking each child to create a piece of artwork for dad and a letter to thank him for all he does. Once the children have finished with their creations, scan the artwork and save it as a high resolution (300 dpi) .jpg image. Or, take a digital photo of the artwork to add to your Picaboo book. Along with the artwork, collect a few favorite photos of each child interacting with their father.

Create a new book in Picaboo and add your photos. On the introduction page, include a message from the entire family thanking dad for everything he does to keep the family running smoothly. After that, devote a couple page spreads to each child. Begin with the letter each child has written and accompany it with the art work and special photos of the child with their father from birth through the present. Finish your book with custom father's day backgrounds and be sure to order a hardbound copy in time for delivery by Father's Day.
