Think of different household items that are familiar to your baby and take pictures of them or of your baby using them. Next, place these images into one folder so that they will be easy to add to your "ABCs & 123s" book. Use new ABC backgrounds from Picaboo's free backgrounds website to highlight each letter and use a large clear font to spell out the names of the items.

For a numbers book, gather together your child's favorite things and take pictures of different amounts of these items. For example, a picture of two feet for number 2 or a picture of three flowers from your garden for number 3. Complement these with colorful baby backgrounds.
