What is the Picaboo Gift Card?
The Picaboo Gift Card lets you give your friends and family the gift of quality, custom photo books and greeting cards. The Picaboo Gift Card is available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations.

What is the difference between the Picaboo Gift Card and Picaboo greeting cards?
The Picaboo Gift Card is a pre-loaded payment card that is valued at $25, $50, or $100 and can be used as payment toward any Picaboo photo book or Picaboo greeting card order. Picaboo greeting cards are high quality, custom cards you can design yourself. Choose from one of our 50+ card designs in Picaboo v2.0 software or design your own!  Greeting cards are perfect for the holidays, birthdays, Valentines Day, party invitations and more.  To learn more about how to create your own greeting cards with Picaboo, click here.

Do you offer different card designs for the Picaboo Gift Card?
The Picaboo Gift Card is currently offered in only one design. We may offer additional designs in the future.

Do you offer a virtual/electronic Picaboo Gift Card that can be sent to the recipient via email?
We do not offer a virtual or electronic version of the Picaboo Gift Card at this time. However, if you are running short on time to give a gift, the Picaboo Gift Card can shipped Priority (2-3 business days) or Overnight (1 business day).  To have your gift cards expedited, please contact support at orders@picaboo.com.

Are there any fees or taxes associated with the Picaboo Gift Card?
There are no fees or taxes associated with the Picaboo Gift Card. There is no additional cost to using the Picaboo Gift Card. Sales tax will be applied to any photo book or greeting card purchased with the Picaboo Gift Card that are shipped to California.

Using the Picaboo Gift Card

What products can I purchase using the Picaboo Gift Card?
The Picaboo Gift Card is like using cash or credit when you buy products from Picaboo. You can use the Picaboo Gift Card to purchase any Picaboo products including photo books, greeting cards, or more Gift Cards.

How do I use the Picaboo Gift Card to purchase products?
When you are ready to place your order using your Picaboo Gift Card, please follow the steps below.

1. Open Picaboo and create a photo book or greeting card.
2. Click Order.
3. Click Use a Coupon or Gift Card.
4. Scratch the silver area on the back of your Picaboo Gift Card to reveal  the account number.
5. Enter the account number in the Coupon field and click Validate.

How can I check the balance of my Picaboo Gift Card?
Click the “Order” button in the Picaboo software.  On the order page that appears, click the “Use Coupon or Gift Card”.  On the page that appears, enter your Gift Card account number (located on the back of the Gift Card under the silver scratch-off area) in the “Coupon/Gift Card” field and click “Validate”. The available balance of your card will display.

Can I use multiple gift cards when making a purchase?
Our system is currently unable to support using more than one Gift Card as payment in a single order. We are working on allowing this feature in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, we can process this for you manually. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps below.

1. When you place your order, apply one of your Picaboo Gift Cards and complete the payment with the credit card of your choice.
2. Send an email to us at orders@picaboo.com with the order number and the full account number and four digit code to the right of the account number on the additional Gift Card(s) you would like to apply to the order.
3. Once we receive your email, we will void the value of the Gift Card(s) you would like to apply and process a refund to your credit card for the value of the additional Gift Card(s) you want applied to your order.

Can I use a Picaboo Gift Card and another form of payment in the same transaction?
Yes, Picaboo Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with other forms of payment for the same order. You can use one Gift Card per order and use a credit card for the balance.

What should I do with my card after placing my order?
You should keep your Gift Cards until all products have been delivered. Once you have received your order, please dispose of your redeemed Gift Card.

Do I need to have the Picaboo software installed on my computer to make a purchase with the Picaboo Gift Card?
No. If someone has “Shared” a Picaboo photo book or greeting card with you via email, you can place your order through the web without downloading the Picaboo software. To place your order from the web preview, click the Buy this Book/Card button at the top of the screen.
When the order screen loads, click the button that says “Use Coupon or Gift Card” and a dialog will appear so that you can enter and validate your Gift Card so that it is applied to your purchase.

Why did my Picaboo Gift Card ship separately from the rest of my order?
Picaboo Gift Cards ship from one of our fulfillment centers while our photo books and cards ship from other production facilities. If you placed an order for a Picaboo Gift Card and a Picaboo photo book or greeting card in the same order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each one so that you will be able to track your packages online.
*Please note that tracking information is not available for any part of your order that is shipped via US Mail First Class.

Can I use my Gift Card on an order that is being shipped internationally?
Yes. The Picaboo Gift Card is valued in US Dollars and can be applied to any Picaboo photo book, greeting card, or Gift Card order.

Picaboo Gift Card Policies

Does the Picaboo Gift Card expire?
No. The Picaboo Gift Card does not expire and can be used to purchase Picaboo photo books, greeting cards, and Picaboo Gift Cards.

Can the Picaboo Gift Card be redeemed for cash?
No, the Picaboo Gift Card is redeemable only for Picaboo products and services.

Can a lost or stolen Picaboo Gift Card be replaced?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. The Picaboo Gift Card is like cash; please treat it as such.

Can I return the Picaboo Gift Card?
The Picaboo Gift Card cannot be returned.

What are the terms and conditions of the Picaboo Gift Card?
Picaboo Gift Cards can be applied only to qualified purchases directly from Picaboo in the United States. To redeem this card, you must have a Picaboo account, subject to prior acceptance of license and usage terms. To open an account you must be above the age of 13 and in the US. Picaboo software requires compatible software and hardware, and Internet access (fees may apply). Picaboo Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. Picaboo is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Picaboo makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card. Can I use the Picaboo Gift Card to purchase another Picaboo Gift Card?
Yes, the Picaboo Gift Card can be used to purchase Picaboo photo books, Picaboo greeting cards, and Picaboo Gift Cards.

How do I purchase the Picaboo Gift Card without ordering a photo book or card?
To purchase Picaboo Gift Cards without ordering a photo book or greeting cards, please complete the Gift Card Fax Order form. Once we receive your completed form and verify your credit card information, we will place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your Gift Card order has been shipped. You can retrieve the Gift Card Fax Order form here.

What denominations are available?
The Picaboo Gift Card is available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations.

How many cards can I purchase? Is there a dollar amount maximum per order?
You can purchase as many Picaboo Gift Cards as you would like. However, due to the limitations of our current ordering system, only one denomination can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase varying denominations, please contact us at orders@picaboo.com and we will send you instructions to place your order.

What are the shipping costs to ship the Picaboo Gift Card in the United States?
Gift Cards can be shipped to any address in the United States via US Mail for free. If you would like expedited shipping for your Gift Card order, please contact us at giftcards@picaboo.com with your order number.

Can the Picaboo Gift Card be gift wrapped?
The Picaboo Gift Card is inserted in our gift carrier and then placed in a white gift envelope.

How do I include a message with the Picaboo Gift Card?
The Picaboo Gift Card carrier is blank on the inside so you can write a message of your choosing or leave it blank.

Can I purchase multiple Picaboo Gift Cards and ship them to different locations in a single order?
I'm afraid that our order system can only support shipping your order to a single address. We are working on our ordering system and should have a new version released in the near future so that orders can be shipped to different addresses.

For the time being, if you would like to ship the Picaboo Gift Card to more than one address, please complete the attached Gift Card Fax Order Form for each shipping address. Once we receive your completed form and verify your credit card information, we will place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your Gift Card order has been shipped.
